I started the Kyokushin Shuffle Podcast almost a year ago as a way to seek knowledge and share the incredible stories of various martial art students, teachers and masters.
I quickly realised how much this needed to be shared. “Forever The Student” comes off the back of that and I hope it can encourage, motivate and inspire you in some way.

It’s the begining of something bigger that is evolving for myself personally with the full e-book available later this year.
